Shipping:

We charge a flat rate of $10 for postage for all orders within Australia

Returns:

CLC will accept returns, however the cost to return will be at the customer cost; any replacement will still carry the normal postage cost. The returned items must be in original condition and original packaging.

We offer a 14 day return policy for your items, which you can return to exchange for another size / garment or receive in exchange a credit note.
However, this is only if the item is returned back to us not worn, altered or washed and still has the swing tags attached.
We cannot always guarantee that another size will be available once yours is returned, therefore we will process an Online Credit Note which will be sent to you via email.

All items sent out are thoroughly checked by us packaged with care before dispatched. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us. we will organise a replacement for you. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault.You will only be refunded in full if the item cannot be repaired or replaced or if the fault is major.

Please note we do not refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognised as faulty by the manufacturer.
All returns postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.

Please note Online Credit Notes are Strictly Valid for 12 Calendar Months. Online Credit Notes can be redeemed via online or in store. We are unable to offer a refund on credit notes / gift vouchers.
